The section welcomes complete beginners and experienced scullers aged 18 and above. Learn to Row courses offer a structured, supportive introduction, helping you build confidence and develop skills on the water.

Progress into coached sessions and club outings, or explore competition in the Coastal Rowing League and fine boat regattas. Fitness, fun or racing: there is room for different ambitions.
